Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Big D's Fabrication LLC.

All products are made to order and shipped once fabrication and quality inspections are complete. Production times may vary depending on the item ordered, current workload, and material availability.

Processing Times

• Orders are processed and manufactured in the order they are received.
• Customers will be notified if extended production times are expected.
• Once your order is completed, it will be prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

Delivery times provided by UPS are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and products so we can assist with a claim.

Big D's Fabrication LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen shipping interruptions.
